To employees/collaborators in their capacity as authorized to process, subject to appropriate appointment;
To third parties who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the owner (for example: Banking institutes al

DURATION OF TREATMENT:
The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which
are collected ("conservation limitation principle", art.5, GDPR), or on the basis of the deadlines set by the
legal norms. Verification of the obsolescence of the stored data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected
is done periodically. In any case, the Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to
fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the contract and no more than 2
years for marketing purposes. After this term, the data will be destroyed or made anonymous.


RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY:
The interested party always has the right to request the Data Controller to access, rectify or cancel their data. there
limitation of treatment the opposition to the treatment, such as to request the portability of their data, or to
revoke consent to the processing by asserting these and the other rights provided for by the GDPR via simple
communication to the Owner. The request can be made by e-mail or registered letter with the subject: “Request from
part of the interested party" specifying in the request the right that the interested party wishes to exercise (cancellation,
rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid e-mail address/pec to which to deliver the
feedback. The data controller, or a person appointed by the same, will proceed to satisfy the request within 30
days from the date of receipt. If the answer is complex, the time could be extended to a further 30
days, subject to timely communication to the interested party. If you deem it appropriate to assert your own
rights, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint also with the competent supervisory authority.
According to the provisions of the GDPR, the interested party has the following rights towards the Data Controller:
obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him is being processed and, if so, to
obtain access to personal data (Right of access art. 15);
to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him without unjustified delay (Right of Rectification
art. 16);

obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning him without unjustified delay and the owner of the
treatment has the obligation to cancel personal data without unjustified delay, if certain exist
conditions (Right to be forgotten art. 17);
obtain limitation the treatment in certain hypotheses (Right to limitation of treatment art. 18);
receive in a structured format, in common use and readable by an automatic device, the personal data
concern provided and has the right to transmit such data to another Data Controller, without impediments by
part of the data controller to whom he provided them, in certain cases (Right to data portability art. 20);
object at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data

receive without unjustified delay communication of the violation of personal data suffered by the Data Controller

complaint to the Guarantor Authority
